Vigelandsparken: Sculpture Park in the Frogner Park with more than 200 sculptures by Gustav Vigeland (1869–1943) in bronze, granite and cast iron, including The Angry Boy (Sinnataggen) The Monolith (Monolitten) and The Wheel of Life (Livets hjul). SUNDAY: Guided city walk / Opera house (3 hours) NOK 325.
Guided city tour from OsloMet, with a guided tour of the Opera. Oslo's Opera House is located right at the harbour, with an angled, white exterior that appears to rise from the water. It invites its visitors to climb its roof and enjoy panoramic views of Oslo and the fjord, all year round. Large-scale windows at street level provide the public with glimpses of rehearsals and workshop activities. The building's interior is mainly oak, and the main hall is shaped like a horseshoe, reminiscent of classical theatres of the past. The opera is designed by the Norwegian architecture firm Snøhetta and has received several prestigious awards.

SUNDAY: Guided tour Ekeberg sculpture park, Opera house roof, Munch Museum, bus, (3 hours) NOK 325.
Guided tour Ekeberg sculpture park, the opera roof and the Munch Museum. Ekebergparken: A few minutes outside Oslo City Center by tram lies the Ekebergparken sculpture park. The park combines its long history, beautiful nature, stunning views and impressive sculptures in a unique way. The artworks that are spread around the whole park are by internationally renowned artists like Louise Bourgeois, James Turrell, Dan Graham, Sarah Lucas, Damien Hirst and Roni Horn. MUNCH - the new Munch Museum: Edward Munch was one of Modernism's most significant artists. His tenacious experimentation within painting, graphic art, drawing, sculpture, photography and film has given him a unique position in Norwegian as well as international art history. In 2008, the City of Oslo promoted an architectural competition for a new Munch Museum in the area of Bjørvika, a new urban development where the Oslo Opera House is also located. The competition was won in 2009 by Spanish architect Juan Herrerosand.
